Charlie Turking is an experienced Oracle developer, trainer, and cloud computing professional originally from Denmark but based in the UK since 1989. She started her career developing TIA, an insurance system platform using Oracle databases that is still in use today. Charlie has worked extensively with Oracle products since 1987, becoming an Oracle freelance trainer in 1997. She has delivered on-site and virtual training for Oracle and clients worldwide, specializing in database administration, development, data analysis, data mining, and cloud infrastructure.

In recent years, Charlie has expanded her expertise to Amazon Web Services, becoming a certified AAI in 2021. She has also started exploring Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure to gain experience with multi-cloud solutions. With decades of experience using Oracle and knowledge of leading cloud providers, Charlie brings a wealth of technical knowledge and hands-on training skills to every project and client she works with. She has been interested in machine learning and artificial intelligence for many years.
